Azure waters, golden sand and tamarisk trees that provide nice shadow make this beach one of the island’s most beautiful and serene. It is located at Koutalas bay, next to the beach of Vagia (similar in looks, but treeless). Some taverns are available in the area.

Agios Sostis
One of most scenic beaches on Serifos. It consists of two small coves, one of which is wind-protected. It’s quiet, with sand and shingles, crystalline waters and no facilities.
Vromolithos
One of the most beautiful on Leros, this pebbly and sandy beach offers many amenities and tamarisk trees that provide nice shadow.
Gourna
A peaceful, long seashore with dark colored sand, crystal blue shallow waters, tamarisk trees and only the basic amenities. Nearby you can also swim in the beaches of Drymonas and Kokkali.
Dyo Liskaria
A sandy, fully organized and wind-protected beach. It is young people’s favorite, thanks to the beach bars here, but it also features a more low-key part.
Alinda
The longest and most popular beach on Leros is situated at the homonymous touristic resort, offering all kinds of amenities, water sports and taverns. It is sandy, with tamarisk trees and rather crowded.
Kryfos
A picturesque secluded pebbly cove, one of the prettiest on the island, hidden among the rocks. It is accessible preferably by boat, ideal for relaxation and snorkeling.
Blefoutis
A quiet pebbly beach located at the northern settlement of the same name. It features tamarisk trees and a few amenities, including tavernas with fresh fish.
Naousa, Kouri, Zogaki
Three successive coves at the northeast of Kythnos, linked together via a stepped footpath. They are sandy, not organized and very quiet.
Gaidouromantra
A large beach with sand and crystalline waters, where you should carry your own supplies. Moving on to the north, you can also swim in the beautiful tranquil coves of Simousi and Skylou.
