Ahivadolimni

Named after the lagoon next to it, it’s the largest beach in Milos, sandy and organized.

Papafragas

A truly impressive landscape “starring” a narrow fjord created by a sea cave and nearby beaches.

Firiplaka

Set in an amazing colorful palette of vertical rocks and clean waters, its popular, sandy part is organized with a beach bar, while a little further away lays its pebbly, quieter side.

Tsigrado

Small, sandy beach with exotic turquoise waters, surrounded by rocks. It’s totally worth descending the steep footpath to get there. Note also that you will need supplies.

Sarakiniko

One of the most famous beaches of all Greek islands. White surreal rocks and deep blue waters set in stunning lunar scenery made of petrified lava. Crowded, not organized.

Mylos

Not organized, ideal to relax in its sandy seashore. You can reach it either by a 20-minute walk or by “taxi-boat”.

Pefkoulia

Another typical Lefkada long and sandy beach. Very impressive scenery, lots of pines, partly organized.

Ai Giannis

Close to Lefkada Town, its golden sand and crystal waters attract many kite surfing aficionados, so sunbathing is rather hard to do.

Kathisma

Among the island’s most cosmopolitan beaches, with fine sand, water sports and tourist facilities.
